Welcome to the Journey

For sometime now we have been led by the Blessed Holy Spirit to share our concerns of the direction of the world in these present days. This week’s scripture will not deviate from this theme.

Habakkuk 2:14

“For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea.”  NASB

Now you might be thinking that this scripture does not infuse worry and fear as most warnings do, and you would be right. This scripture is designed to let you know that God is there and you, the believer, has nothing to worry about. However, as encouraging as that may sound, one must realize that the amount of comfort one receives is directly related to the amount of Faith one has in God. It is your Faith in God that carries you through the darkest times that are most certainly coming upon this country.

Ones Faith in God increases in time through education, experiences, and ones own willingness to receive the Faith that God has for him or her. The most important aspect of Faith is that it will never fail as long as you believe (Luke 22:32). Also, Faith is not based on amount, but it is based on completeness (Luke 17:5-6); it’s the quality of your Faith that matters. Whatever you understand about Faith, understand that it is crucial (Luke 7:50).

Ultimately, our Faith is our trust in our God. That trust is what powers us through the trials and tribulations that come upon us from time to time. Our Faith is the vehicle God uses to get us on the other side of consequences. How much you trust your Heavenly Father is the difference between walking on water or drowning. There is a direct correlation between how well you know your Heavenly Father and the amount you trust your Heavenly Father. The more you know about God, the more trust you will have in Him.

Here at Cepher, we are trying to share with others some of the observations that we have been seeing recently that tend to reveal the world, and especially the USA, in some bad light. This has nothing to do with prophecy. However, when one sees an immense amount of anger motivated by hatred, and wrapped up inside of a great deal of anxiety, all it takes is the tiniest of sparks, of which this country has plenty, to start a fire that will burn everything in its path. Which is exactly why we stress the need for all believers to become as close to God as they possibly can, with controlled haste, just in case.
